Michel Giannuzzi – Chief Executive
Officer
Born in 1964, was appointed Tarkett Chief Executive
Officer in September 2007. He has spent his entire career in industry –
beginning in 1989 with Michelin. From his initial diverse industrial
responsibilities in France and the UK, he went on to manage a production unit
specialized in revolutionary tyres (C3M) before taking on the responsibility of
reeingineering the Supply Chain in Europe and then becoming CEO of Michelin
Japan. In 2001, he joined the Valeo Group as Vice President, successively in
charge of Electrical Systems and Wiper Systems (2003). Michel is a graduate of
Ecole Polytechnique and Harvard Business School.

Patrick Mathieu – President Tarkett Western
Europe
47 years old, joined Tarkett in May 2008. He has 20 years’
experience in industrial marketing and management in Saint Gobain, particularly
in construction materials. He held the post of technical director for Isover,
Germany, then managing director for Weber and Broutin. For the Isover Division
he became director for Western Europe and more recently managing director for
the Mediterranean region covering gypsum, insulation and mortars products. He
has spent most of his career working outside of France – in Germany and across
Europe. He is a graduate of ESEM and has a diploma in solid state

Dragan Zarkovic – President Tarkett Eastern
Europe
Dragan Zarkovic, 54 years old, has been instrumental in
building up Tarkett's Eastern Europe business following a career in the flooring
industry. He led the Residential Division of Tarkett for one year prior to the
Group's reorganization in June 2007. He has held many managerial positions at
Sintelon AD, Tarkett's joint venture partner in Eastern Europe. Dragan graduated
from Novi Sad University with a degree in law and economics.

Jeff Buttitta – President Tarkett North
America
Jeff Buttitta, 60, was CEO of Johnsonite Inc. for 15 years
prior to the acquisition by Tarkett in 2005. He was appointed President of
Tarkett North America mid 2007. Jeff has a wide professional management
experience across finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, human resources and
field installation services during his career.
Prior to joining Johnsonite he was Vice President of Operations for a high end
manufacturer of commercial contract furniture for Hauserman Inc. Jeff has a
degree in business and accounting from Baldwin Wallace College, USA.

Eric Daliere – President Tarkett
Sports
Eric Daliere, 42 years old, has been appointed president of the Tarkett Sports Division in October 2009. Eric has an extensive background in project management and operational improvement, having spent the past 10 years with KKR Capstone running complex business projects and taking interim leadership roles. A MBA graduate from J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Eric has previously worked for the Boston Consulting Group and the AmeriCares Foundation.

Fabrice Barthélemy – Chief Financial
Officer
40 years old, joined Tarkett as Chief Financial Officer in
January 2008. He started his career in 1991 as an industrial controller in
Snecma Engines. He joined the Valeo Group in 1995 and moved to the UK where he
was financial controller of a factory and subsequently a Division. Between 2001
and 2003 he was financial controller of the Lighting Division at Angers France
and then became financial director of Valeo Connective Systems. From 2005 to
2007 he held the post of financial director of Valeo Wiper Systems. Fabrice is a
graduate of ESCP (Paris).

Vincent Lecerf – EVP Group Human
Resources
43 years old, joined Tarkett EVP Human Resources in
January 2008. He has spent his professional career in human resource management
in industrial and services organizations. Before joining Tarkett he was HR
Director for the logistics and transport group Norbert Dentressangle. Vincent is
a graduate of EDHEC and has a diploma in organizational sociology.

Christoph Stettler – EVP
Marketing & Environment
38 years old, was appointed EVP Marketing and Environment
in February 2008. From 2000 to 2007 Christoph worked for McKinsey & Company,
a management consulting firm throughout Europe, Northern Africa and Asia. During
that time he worked mainly in the chemical and retail sector as well as other
industries. Christoph is an attorney at law and has a degree from London
Business School.

Thomas Ahrens – EVP Operations
46 years old, joined Tarkett as EVP Operations in January
2009. Thomas spent 16 years in various management positions within the Total
Group. Most recently he held the position of Vice President Operations of
Atotech, the worldwide electroplating division of Total where he was responsible
for 16 production plants, purchasing, technical services, supply chain
management, chemical services and materials science as well as health, safety,
environment and quality management. Thomas has a chemical engineering degree
from Hamburg University, Germany and an MBA from Bradford University, UK.

Pierre-Philippe Simphlet
– Secretary to the Board
Pierre-Philippe Simphlet, 57 years old, has been Secretary
to the Board for Tarkett since 2001. He spent the first decade of his career in
a French-listed investment management company advising banks and SME companies
to guide them on their listing on the Paris Stock Exchange. He has 14 years’
experience within the Sommer Allibert Group, as Secretary General for Finance,
leading corporate reorganization and then divestiture of its housing,
containers, furniture and garden activities, and later as Corporate Secretary
for Sommer Allibert International, in particular the automobile activity that
became part of the Peugeot group in 2001. Pierre-Philippe is a graduate of
ESCP (Paris) and IUEE (Geneva)
